Cancellation Policy

Please notify us in writing 10 business days before the event start date if, for any reason, you should be unable to attend. A credit voucher equivalent to the amount you paid will then be issued or, if you prefer, a full refund less a $100 non-refundable administrative fee will be given. For cancellations received fewer than 10 business days before the event start date no refunds or credits will be given. Your registration may be transferred to another individual at any time, but please notify us in writing. When registering, please indicate whether you qualify for a discount. No discounts can be combined. Coding Conferences does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants should this event be cancelled for any reason. The event program content is subject to change without notice.

Sponsorship Cancellation

Exhibitors have the right to cancel their space reservations by written notice up to 60 days prior to the event. If cancellation is made by written notice and received least 60 days prior to the event a refund of the exhibit booth space cost will be issued less a non-refundable administrative fee of $100. If cancellation is made between 59 days to 30 days before the event, a penalty of 25% of the regular exhibit cost will be withheld from the refund. If cancellation if made less than 29 days before the event, there will be no refund given. Registrants are responsible for canceling their own hotel and airline reservations. Under all circumstances, Coding Conferences retains the right to resell any booth space cancelled by the exhibitor. Refunds will be based on when the notice of cancellation is received. The use of any complimentary exhibitor registration badges is forfeited upon cancellation of space.
