If I cannot attend the conference, can I still get the conference information?
Yes, all conference sessions are recorded. You can purchase the CD-ROMs and the handouts CD filled with the speaker's PowerPoint presentations. You do not have to miss out on all the great information. To purchase the CD-ROMs, please visit the registration page for the specialty.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us in writing 10 business days before the event start date if, for any reason, you should be unable to attend. A credit voucher equivalent to the amount you paid will then be issued or, if you prefer, a full refund less a $100 non-refundable administrative fee will be given. For cancellations received fewer than 10 business days before the event start date no refunds or credits will be given. Your registration may be transferred to another individual at any time, but please notify us in writing. When registering, please indicate whether you qualify for a discount. No discounts can be combined. Coding Conferences does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants should this event be cancelled for any reason. The event program content is subject to change without notice.

If I cannot attend, may I send someone else to attend?
Yes. Your registration may be transferred to another individual at any time, but please notify us in writing.

What is the conference dress code?
The dress for the meeting will be business casual. Please note: Meeting room temperatures are unpredictable and not under our control. For your comfort, we suggest that you bring a sweater or jacket in case the meeting rooms are cold.

Should I bring my CPT Book with me?
Yes, this will allow you to use them as a working tool during the sessions.

What meals do I receive with my registration?
Our Live Confernees are 2-1/2 day events. If you are participating in a pre-workshop, you will receive an afternoon snack. On Day 1 of Main Sessions, you will receive a continental breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and appetizers at the reception. On Day 2 of Main Sessions, you will receive a continental breakfast and morning snack. If you are also participating in the afternoon post-workshop (on Day 2), you will receive a box lunch.

Do you offer Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)?
Yes, Coding Conferences is proud to work with the American Academy of Professional Coders, and to receive CEUs for our conferences from them. Each conference is different, and CEUs depend on content and duration of the conference.

How long will it take to receive my CD-ROMs or Handouts CD order?
Typically, we will mail the CD-ROMs and Handouts CD's about 4 weeks after the conference is completed. If you order after this date, you should receive your order within one week.
