  Taizoon H. Baxamusa, MD, FACS
Dr. Baxamusa practices Hand Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery in Morton Grove, Illinois. Dr. Taizoon Baxamusa, graduated from the Northwestern University Med School with an MD and has been in the profession for 13 years.
  Darlene Boschert, RHIA, CPC, CPC-H, CCP, CMM, CHCO, CMT, has been in the medical field for over 20 years. She is currently the Director/Instructor of the Allied Health Programs for the Career Institute of Florida in St. Petersburg, Florida. She successfully owned and operated her own medical billing, coding, transcription, and consulting business from 1984 to 1992, employing more than 45 people and serving over 40 physicians and 10 hospitals in 6 different states. She has been a national consultant and speaker for Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross, Aetna and many more.
Quita Edwards CPC, CCS-P, has 29 years experience in the medical field. She is a graduate of the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Radiologic Technology and maintained a Registered Technologist in Radiography (RT (R)) status with the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) prior to retiring. For the last 19 years, she has been employed with Forsyth Street Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation Center. Currently, she is the Coding and Reimbursement Specialist for the practice and is responsible for surgical coding, internal auditing and review, reimbursement analysis, and in-service education. Professionally, Mrs. Edwards maintains a CPC certification, holds a professional membership with the AAPC, is an AAPC licensed, Professional Medical Coding Curriculum (PMCC) Instructor, and maintains a membership with The American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
Annette Grady, CPC, CPC-H, CPC-P, OS, brings 25 years of Healthcare Coding/Reimbursement Experience. During this time, she was a director of reimbursement for a 10-physician orthopedic group and ASC center. She is proficient in CPT, ICD-9-CM and HCPCS coding for physicians and ASC, as well as E/M documentation and compliance reviews. She is currently an officer and member of the AAPC National Advisory Board and Chairperson for the NASS, Administrative Task Force.
Dr. Richard Odom, DPM, CPC, AOPS, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the Texas A& M H.S.C, Scott & White Hospital, Temple Texas. Dr Odom is also a certified professional coder and teaching physician. He is involved in student, resident and coding education.
Greg Przybylski, MD, Edison, NJ, Program Chair, is an active member of the NASS Operative Coding Committee, has served as coding course faculty and is Co-chair of the Council on Socioeconomic Affairs for NASS. He was recently appointed to the Practicing Physicians’ Advisory Committee of CMS. Dr. Przybylski formerly served as the AMA CPT Advisor for the CNS and serves as the Committee Chair for the Council of State Neurosurgical Societies Reimbursement Committee. He has been very active with the AANS. He was also the Committee co-Chair for the AANS-CNS Coding and Reimbursement Committee and Cochair for the Joint Section on Disorders of the Spine and Peripheral Nerves Coding Committee.
